Refund Policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Anything that has been altered from its original design e.g. ring sizing, custom orders/changes cannot be returned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please contact at info@artjewelryonline to initiate a return and receive your complimentary label.

There are no situations where partial refunds are granted.

You may not return an item that is not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 21 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@artjewelryonline.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@artjewelryonline.com and we will provide a label for the return.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund even if the shipping was complimentary at time of purchase

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

CANCELLATIONS

Any order may be canceled before it is shipped by the artist. To cancel an order, please email us at info@artjewelryonline.com or call us at (855) 433-8366. You will receive a refund within 3–5 business days in the same form of payment used to place your order.

Welcome to Creative Liaisons DBA Art Jewelry Online.  Your trust is our most important asset. We take the protection and proper use of your personal information seriously and are committed to protecting your personal information in our possession. In order to preserve your trust, we want you to understand what personal information we may collect from you and how we use such information.

We collect information volunteered by visitors such as survey responses and website registration information as well as contact and payment information (i.e. name and address, telephone number, credit card number, billing address) for the purpose of placing an order with us.  We collect the email addresses of visitors who post messages to our blog, those who communicate with us via email, and those who submit their email addresses voluntarily, either to subscribe to our email newsletter or to receive information about their order. We do NOT sell or rent our visitor or customer email addresses or make them available to other organizations for marketing purposes.

The information we collect is used to acknowledge and deliver items that customers order, to improve the content of our website, to notify visitors who request specific information about updates to our website (i.e. new artwork in a specific category), and to contact visitors (with permission) for our own marketing purposes. 

The information we collect may be disclosed if we are legally required to do so at the request of governmental authorities conducting an investigation, to verify or enforce compliance with the policies governing our website and applicable laws, or to protect against misuse or unauthorized use of our website.

See something you like but don't want to buy today.  Save it to Pinterest and then when you are ready to buy you may purchase the item directly from the Pinterest site! We do use the Pinterest tag on our Buyable Pins. The Pinterest tag is a conversion tracking pixel that lets us know when you buy our jewelry from Pinterest.
